At OLFA, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your OLFA account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
